I had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza Milan City. the staff, especially Laura, went above and beyond to help me with everything from check-in to restaurant reservations. The room was comfortable and spacious, making it a perfect retreat after exploring the city. however, I found the drinks at the pool bar to be on the expensive side.
